About Me
I am a certified physical therapist, B.PT, a Pilates instructor and physical trainer. I firmly believe in the power of movement as medicine, and that everyone deserves to live free from pain and limitations. I am committed to empowering you to reclaim your life, one movement at a time. I've spent years honing my skills in various areas of rehabilitation, bringing together the best practices of physical therapy, orthopedics, vestibular, and neurology, sports medicine, and Pilates-based rehabilitation.
I feel that all stages of my life have guided me to become a physical therapist, a dream job.

I was born in the USA and in my childhood I played many sports, including football, basketball, tennis, golf, athletics, floor gymnastics, baseball, volleyball and more...
At the age of 16, I made "Aliyah" and focused mainly on tennis and women's soccer. I was the captain of Beitar Jerusalem FC and already in high school I was certified to be a physical trainer on behalf of the Wingate Institute.
I was exposed to physiotherapy for the first time when my little sister, an elite athlete in track and field, was seriously injured and broke her femur. She underwent a complicated operation, at the end of which the doctors announced that she would most likely never walk on her feet again and would be forced to move around with the help of a wheelchair. But my sister did not give up and after a lot of hard work and the dedication and guidance of her physiotherapist, not only did she go back to walking, she also went back to running and even played and was crowned as the European MVP player in flag football. That is the point that I realized how much physical therapy can help people and hence I was determined to reach my goal.
I enlisted in the army and it was clear to me that I intended to do something physical training oriented, I was a physical fitness instructor at the Paratroopers Brigade Training Base and later served as an officer in the Dovdevan unit and I was released from the Air Force as a Lieutenant after 5 years in the IDF.
When I was released, I started studying physical therapy and decided to focus on orthopedic treatments after graduation. I practiced physical therapy in private as well as public clinics and even at Sheba Hospital, in the NICU department.
I make sure to participate in multiple professional courses and certification session in order to deepen and refine my knowledge and therapeutic abilities. Allowing me to provide the most efficient and safe treatment for each and every one who comes to me, each case individually. Among the certifications I have undergone: Floor and Reformer Pilates, Mulligan Concept(a manual therapy method), a course in Orthopedic aspects and sports injuries for the upper and lower limbs, Vestibular therapy (vertigo), Hip injuries and treatment, and more.
Physical Therapy gives me great satisfaction, especially when patients tell me about the small victories: sitting on the floor with the grandchildren (and also getting up from the floor), sleeping on their side after years of not being able to, getting around outside the house without a cane or walker, tying their shoes by themselves, getting a cup down off a high shelf in the kitchen, running 10 km and countless other functional achievements. Things that many people take for granted while the body is "healthy and pain-free", constitute difficulty and frustration for others, but after hard work and perseverance, together we can achieve great goals and learn to appreciate our body again.

About the Location
The clinic is nestled in the serene surroundings of Moshav Mazor, located in a historical site - the original ammunition house of the Moshav.
In the place where the members of the moshav stored the weapons to defend their home, now it is the perfect place for them to protect and preserve their bodies and health. This unique location constantly reminds us of the importance of the words: "strength" and "protection."
Book of Micah 4.3, "And beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning shears..." The quote describes a situation where the warriors took the tools of war and turned them into agricultural tools for the benefit of civilian life. I find a direct connection to the fact that my clinic is located in the old armory of the moshav. The symbolism in the sentence and in the place. To turn the armory, the place that was trusted for the protection of the settlement, into the place that today is trusted for the protection of the human body. From the place where the tools needed to protect the moshav were found in the past, to the place where the tools to protect our bodies are now.
